The family of Sts. Peter & Paul feel an immense and enduring pride for all of our students every day. They grow and thrive in small and large ways and we are blessed as a faculty and staff to witness these moments.
There are also moments when we would like to shine a spotlight on students who express the heart of our Catholic teaching and mission of service. Both St. Peter and St. Paul held acts of service in high regard, considering them integral to the Christian faith and mission. Their teachings and examples emphasized the importance of serving others as a reflection of Christ's love and humility. Saint Peter underscored the value of practical acts of service and compassion within the Christian community and encouraged us to serve each other with the gifts we have received from God (1 Peter 4:8-11). Saint Paul emphasized that genuine faith expresses itself through love and service. In Galatians 5:13-14, he wrote, "Serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"
